THERE are 3 rooms, 2 of which can be combined for use as 1 room. If 2 rooms are required together, the hiring fee will be £1 per hour less than the hall. WHEN hiring all 3 rooms together the hiring rate is the same as the hall.

PLEASE NOTE

Bookings where music is played may incur a charge for the cover of PERFORMING RIGHTS SOCIETY LICENCE which is held by the Association.

1. Hirers are required to lodge with the HCA the sum of £50/£100 prior to the date of hire. This is in addition to all hiring fees and is returnable in full providing the premises are left in a satisfactory state as required by the Standard Conditions of Hire and General Rules.

2. The sum of £15.00 per hour, or part of, will be with-held from the sum should the booking exceed the time of hire agreed and paid for.

3. NO CONFETTI to be thrown inside the building on penalty of a fine of £50.
